Milwaukee Digital Marketing Club (MKE DMC) Launches, Opens Membership Waitlist
MILWAUKEE (Jan. 9, 2024)—The Milwaukee Digital Marketing Club (MKE DMC) announced its beginnings today and has opened its membership waitlist for all interested individuals. Formerly MKESearch, MKE DMC aims to bring Milwaukee’s search and digital marketing enthusiasts together through intimate and engaging events.
MKE DMC is a registered non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to fostering authentic, in-person connections among Milwaukee’s most impassioned digital marketers. Through scheduled monthly speaking engagements, discussions, networking events, and more, MKE DMC will unite digital marketers from all backgrounds around a common goal: building relationships and advancing skills through the power of real-world gatherings.
The first meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at 6 p.m. and will be free to the public.
“We need to find ways to connect with each other in person, build relationships, and share our experiences. Bringing back MKEsearch and rebranding it as MKE DMC is how we create a vibrant and sustainable digital marketing community—something that Milwaukee is greatly missing,” said Tyler Einberger, co-founder and president of MKE DMC.
MKE DMC’s dedicated community clubhouse is in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward at 318 N Milwaukee St. There are three different membership options: a single ticket to one meeting for $40, a 12-month membership for one person for $100, and a group yearly rate with added benefits for five individuals at $500. Anyone who joins the waitlist through March 31, 2024, will receive a 20% discount on their first year.
“This new organization is going to be fueled by passionate digital marketing professionals and curious learners alike. From SEM veterans with 10+ years of experience, to recent college grads, to entrepreneurs; MKE DMC will be a welcoming environment to learn, grow and thrive with a pure focus on digital marketing”, said Jordon Meyer, co-founder and Treasurer.
The launch of MKE DMC is a joint venture between founders of boutique marketing firms, Granular and Momentic. Einberger is co-founder and head of SEO at Momentic. Meyer, who served on the MKESearch Board of Directors, is founder and CEO of Granular.
Tony Van Hart, president and CEO of Momentic, and Steve Kroll, president of Granular, round out the MKE DMC Board of Directors. Van Hart will serve as vice president of operations and Kroll as vice president of development.
MKEsearch was a non-profit organization committed to educating the Greater Milwaukee area on search engine marketing. It encouraged marketers, managers, students, and anyone else passionate about search marketing to learn and grow in an exciting, yet ever-changing industry. MKEsearch shut down in 2019.
