Introducing The URL Community
It's like IRL but... online.

Being a marketer in Milwaukee is isolating at times. Maybe your team is small. Maybe your work remote. Maybe everyone's over-their-heads busy. That's why we built our IRL community at the Clubhouse. And now we're bringing that same energy online with URL Community – a dedicated space for Milwaukee's digital marketers to connect every day.
What's URL Community?
It's our online community platform (and yes, we're pretty proud of that name). While our IRL events happen monthly at the Clubhouse, URL Community is where Milwaukee marketers connect all the other days. Same great community, same helpful conversations, just... online.
We chose our platform deliberately. Half our IRL community lives in Microsoft Teams, the other half in Slack. So we built URL in a dedicated space that works for everyone – keep it open in your work browser or grab the app for your phone. Simple.
Who URL Is For
This is for our IRL crew, the folks who wish they could make it to events but can't, and the students just starting their journey. Whether you're in-house, agency, freelance, or figuring it out – if you're within 150 miles of Milwaukee and serious about digital marketing, you belong in URL.
And we've got big plans. We're rolling out new features throughout 2025 to make URL even more valuable for everyone.
How URL Works
Two ways to be part of the community:
IRL + URL Access
Make it to at least 2 in-person events per quarter and you'll automatically become an IRL member with special URL perks – including exclusive channels and content we're creating just for our most engaged folks.
URL-Only Access
Can't make it to IRL events? No problem. Just stay active in URL – log in and contribute to discussions weekly. We're not tracking this with a stopwatch, but we do want to keep the conversations flowing and valuable for everyone.
What You'll Find in URL
Real conversations, resources, connections, etc. Share your wins without feeling braggy. Ask about your struggles without feeling judged. Get honest feedback from people doing the same work – oh, and no sales folks allowed.

Nope! While we'd love to see you at the Clubhouse (and you'll get bonus perks if you do), URL Community is open to all qualified Milwaukee-area marketers.
